Take a journey with us into the mad, mad, new world of socially distanced events! RMPCMA is taking some of the risk out of a risky future by taking all the great ideas being discussed and putting them into action. Together, we will experiment with how meetings will operate in the post-COVID world.

In your 6-Foot Laboratory you will get to experiment with everything socially-distanced… from hotel check-in, meeting registration, different room setups, food and beverage experience, and so much more. We will also have experts throughout the laboratory ready to answer all your burning questions about transportation, technology, hotel procedures, and more. Click here to learn more about our plan!

We will also pull back the curtain and you will get the opportunity to hear from the planners of the 6 Foot Laboratory. They will discuss how this event was designed, the process of bringing it to life, and of course, time for you to ask them your most burning questions.

Can’t make it to Denver to participate in this experiment? No problem! We have a hybrid component just for you. Joining the hybrid meeting, you will be fully immersed in the hustle and bustle of our laboratory, and will still be able to ask your questions and get answers from the onsite crew.

And most importantly, your health and the health of everyone at this event is our #1 Top Priority! The 6 Foot Laboratory will be as clean and as safe an environment as possible. We are ensuring that all health protocols are followed. PPEs are required to attend, and people who are symptomatic, or don’t follow these rules will not be permitted to attend.
