You came, you saw, you experienced, you learned! And so did we… It is a new age for our industry, and even the most seasoned planners are having to re-learn how to make events work. We quickly realized the only way to get the ball rolling again was to get back to the lab and start experimenting with what does and does not work!

Good, bad or ugly, we knew this was going to be a learning experience for everyone, and now it’s time for us to share the knowledge gained. A lab experiment is only as useful as the report out at the end, so come join us one more time to dig deeper into what our planners and our attendees learned from behind the computer screens and behind the masks!
