Why did you join RMPCMA? I have worked in the event field for a handful of years now, but in April 2018 our company created an Event Management team that I was lucky enough to be a part of. I have wanted to join and go for my CMP and am working on that currently. I thought joining the RMPCMA Chapter would be a great way to get involved, meet more meeting professionals in my area and to learn from them.
What do you love about your job? I love the creation process and seeing it come to life. Our events do not vary much in my company, but we get to create and bring new ideas to the table to make them progressive and engaging for our attendees.
Tell us one fun fact about yourself or share a funny story: I am a Colorado native… and those seem to be harder and harder to come by these days. My husband and I moved about 10 minutes from where we both grew up.
