RMPCMA Mandatory Vaccination Policy

RMPCMA Mandatory Vaccine Policy for Live Events
Updated: 1/7/2022

At RMPCMA, we genuinely care about your health and safety, as well as those around you, as our industry embarks on a difficult road to recovery. By attending any in-person RMPCMA event, you agree to the following. If you do not feel comfortable with our in-person policies, please stay home. There is no way for us to return to in-person events with zero risk of COVID exposure. We will make our events as safe as is prudent and feasible depending on the unique circumstances of each location, group, and any other constantly-changing realities in which we find ourselves. We will enforce the rules to the best of our ability but may not be able to control all people and variables. Remember, the return to in-person events is EVERYONE’s responsibility. The more we transmit COVID at our events, the more difficult it is to get our beloved industry back on its feet.
COVID and Personal Accountability

Regardless of the following status, if you have any COVID symptoms, have tested positive for COVID in the last 14 days, been exposed to someone with COVID, or ANY other risky/questionable scenarios, we ask that you behave responsibly and adhere to the CDC Quarantine and Isolation Guidelines.

At in-person RMPCMA events, our policies are as-follows based on a variety of vaccination statuses.
