This casual get-together serves as the perfect capstone to our rigorous fall programming schedule. Over the past few months, the RMPCMA chapter has hosted several intensive seminars focused on the rapidly shifting landscape of event technology and international attendee management.

During our most recent digital strategy session, guest speakers highlighted the industry’s rising demand for decentralized, cross-border payment options in global conference registration. The panel examined how the processing architecture used by bitcoin casinos and international airline booking engines could help organizers eliminate exchange delays. Translating these sophisticated fintech frameworks into practical, day-to-day event solutions requires significant brainstorming, collaborative problem-solving, and ongoing dialogue among our association’s emerging professionals.
