Our communities are increasingly diverse. COVID has made us all realize the importance of human connection and the value of relationships with colleagues, friends and family. The need to ensure everyone feels included and welcomed has never been more clear. When we gather together, at events or meetings, our underrepresented communities may feel excluded. They may not feel seen, heard, valued or respected. Through all our best efforts, there remain gaps. RMPCMA members have the opportunity to serve as leaders and advocates to increase inclusion, build community, and drive positive change.

Each year the Rocky Mountain Professional Convention Management Association holds its annual All Hearts Auction and Celebration. This event is Rocky Mountain PCMA’s (RMPCMA) largest fundraiser and proceeds go directly towards the association’s commitment to education and its members.
